Our bakery 

At HeartStone Artisan Bakery, we create naturally fermented breads and pastries. Using mostly locally-sourced organic, whole grain, and stone milled flours, we use a long, cool fermentation process and bake in a traditional wood-fired oven. Located at our own Alambria Springs Farm in scenic central New York, we also produce many of the vegetables and herbs incorporated into our breads. Our baked goods are available at markets throughout our region.
